First, reset SignalRGB or reconfigure the software. Then remove the A-RGB entry and add it again. Also check whether the device is detected correctly and, if necessary, remove any remaining components from other RGB programs such as G.Skill or ASUS Aura.
If necessary, test a different 5V A-RGB Gen 2 connector and check the splitter or hub being used, as well as the BIOS settings. Temporarily disable SignalRGB and check whether the lighting can be controlled directly through the BIOS or motherboard software.
